Do you deliver everywhere in Tunisia?

Yes, we deliver everywhere in Tunisia. Delivery is free from 120 DT.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes. You pay for your order in cash when you receive the parcel.

Where is the Kinz shop?

At 1 Rue Koutama, Mutuelleville (Tunis), just behind the El Amen clinic. Open every day from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. You can smell and try all our products there.

How does the loyalty card work?

One stamp for each purchase of 100 DT or more. After three stamps, you get 30% off your next purchase, excluding packs, gift sets and promotions.

How do I refer a friend?

Your friend receives a free prickly pear soap with her first purchase of 100 DT or more, and you earn a stamp on your loyalty card. One referral counts per card.

Is the prickly pear seed oil certified?

Yes. Our prickly pear seed oil is certified Ecocert and USDA Organic. It is pure, cold-pressed, from seeds harvested in the Kasserine region.

Where are Kinz products made?

Our products are formulated and made in Tunisia.
